At our option, we promptly and enthusiastically repair or replace products defective in materials and / or workmanship. Normal wear and tear of netting products is not considered a defect. Simply return the defective product to us, and we will pay for the shipping back to you.
We reimburse the full price less 15% restocking fee on unused stock items returned within 15 days. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed.
Once the order has been placed, we do not accept returns or cancellations on custom orders.
